Touristenfahrten, or "Public driving", on the Nürburgring Nordschleife is a tradition that dates back to the very birth of the circuit in 1927. It's arguably the single most amazing thing about the 'ring and a major reason for it's global popularity. Anybody and everybody can be seen lapping the circuit on a Sunday, from motorcycles to camper vans. It's easy to become addicted to the thrill, but as you get faster you need to consider slowing down in TF and taking the speed to the private and practice days..."

TF at a glance...
- Public road rules apply; speed limits in sections, overtake only on left, road-legal vehicles only.
- Open several evenings a week and most Sundays
- Very, very busy! Expect long queues on busy summer weekends.
- You share the track with motorcycles, vans and even large busses
- Instruction and taxi laps not allowed by statute.
- Closures due to serious crashes are very common!
- Most people who drive the 'ring, do so in these sessions.
RSR can help you enjoy these public traffic sessions to the full.
