We specialise in “fuel-infused” events, driving modern Sports-cars on the race track and/or unique classic touring cars for cruising the region. Locations are no less than the 2 best tracks in the world like the infamous Nurburgring Nordschleife and the Formula one highlight Spa Francorchamps. Road tours can cross through world famous unesco sites such as the middle Rhine but also great wine regions such as Mosel, Ahr and last but not least Champagne. Our cars are the latest and greatest sports cars available.

When should I start planning?

• Before October of the year before:
  • Have an idea of the number of people and what type of cars they want to drive.
  • Will the cars be individual or shared 2 drivers to 1 car.
  • Decide on a driving package, amount of laps / km, extras such as instruction, hotels, road tours.
  • Decide the amount of days, and which tracks you want to include.
  • Preferred time of year approximately that you would like to hold your event.
  • You should be contacting your community to announce the event and gather interest.
  • Gather downpayment to hold spots now!
• Between November and January:
  • This is when the track dates are released.
  • RSR can supply a list of “combo” dates, where it’s possible to drive multiple tracks at once.
  • Contact your participants, if you haven’t already – collect downpayments! First paid, first served with spaces and car choices!
  • Hotels must be booked now, or it will be too late!
  • Trackday entries must be booked now, or it will be too late!
• Three months before the event:
  • Collect the remaining payment in full.
  • RSR can assist with customer preference sheets.

Company events

• The timeline above still applies for company events – but lucky is you’re not relying on individuals to pay for their own portion of their driving choices / preferences.
• RSR would take a downpayment from your as soon as the dates are available, and follow up with the remainder payment a few months before the event.
• Invoices can be generated for your business, and include all applicable taxes.

Can I wait to book?

• Track time (i.e. trackdays) is getting increasingly limited. On top of this, big events mean hotels get booked out – fast! It is not unusual for the trackdays in the main season to already by completely sold out in February. RSR does it’s best to work with organisers to have spaces in option, but once a trackday is full there is no possibility to get more spaces. Trackday spaces and Hotels can not be held for long – normally 1-2 months at max (until end of February / March) and have to be released if there has been no payments made. In the meantime we also receive bookings from other groups and individuals, meaning that our cars are constantly getting booked out! First paid, first served!

What can be included in the packages?

• At it’s most basic, an event can be: Car rental and track time. For certain cars instruction is required, and we anyway recommend having a pool of instructors to share with your group, as it makes most drivers feel more confident in going out for the first time at these circuits.

What Tracks?

• RSR operates mainly at the Nürburgring in Germany and Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium – but that doesn’t mean these are the only tracks we drive! We hold events every year at other circuits:

Can we get the track exclusively for us?

• In short: No, this isn’t possible. Track time, especially at the Nürburgring and Spa is extremely limited, with all available days going to circuit partners and trusted trackday organisers. If more days were available – trust us, we would have already snapped them up!
• If you want a truly exclusive event, there are only a few options:
  • 2 hour evening sessions (6pm – 8pm) are often available at Spa, but this has to be booked at the start of the year
  • The Nürburgring GP Track (The smaller F1 circuit, not the large Nordschleife) does often have availability when booked early enough.
  • Smaller circuits around Europe often have days available, when booked early enough
  • You book an entire trackday event with us and all expected income for the day, we still run the event for you

How much budget do I need?

• Depending on what you want to do, packages can start as simple as taxi laps or a road tour for a group of people:
  • From 170€ per person (Taxi Laps / 3 persons to a car).
  • From 200€ per person (Road Tours in shared cars).
  • From 350€ per person (Driving the track for yourself).
• If you’re after a Multi-day, multi-track experience in individual cars:
  • Varies wildly depending on options, but from €8k for a hot hatch, €20k for a Porsche GT3 RS 992.
• Our car rental packages are based on mileage/laps, rather than the amount of time.
• Invoicing can be handled in different ways:
  • We invoice you directly (You collect payments from your group / as needed)
  • We can charge your group individuals directly (Downpayments and remainder payments).
  • You collect downpayments and we collect remainder payments.
• Commissions can be built into packages, depending on the amount of customers.
